IronBuddy is software that lets participating laundry and related service businesses take pickup bookings. This page describes the current MVP. It is not a complete legal policy and does not make guarantees beyond what the product actually does today.
Vendor accounts also store an email address and a hashed password so the business can sign in.
IronBuddy may record limited product-usage events such as visits to the public landing page, clicks on signup or demo links, account and shop setup actions, and sharing actions. These events help us understand whether the self-service setup flow works. Landing-page events are not tied to a visitor account. Some shop setup events may include a shop identifier. These events do not include customer names, phone numbers, addresses, order notes, tracking links, passwords, or payment details.
We process this information so the selected business can fulfill and manage the order (pickup, work, and status updates).
The relevant business can see booking information for its own customers. Other businesses cannot see that data through the normal product. Public tracking pages show order status and service details, not the customer's name, phone, or address.
IronBuddy does not currently sell customer personal data. This MVP does not collect payment card information.
If you use "Create AI Draft", the order-description text may be sent to an AI provider to generate a booking draft. That draft is not an order until you review it and submit the normal booking form. This page does not claim how long a provider stores that text.
An order tracking URL is a private link. Anyone who has it can view that order's status. Do not post it publicly.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the business you booked with, or the operator running this IronBuddy deployment, using whatever contact method they have published. This project does not list a public support email.
